Cabañas Inés is a cabin complex in a tourist area that needed to stop managing bookings over WhatsApp. We built a platform that handles availability, payments, guest communication, and reporting — without losing the human touch they are known for.

Why we did what we did.
They wanted to build a direct relationship with guests and avoid platform commissions. Custom meant their brand, their data, their fees.
The MVP intentionally kept human-in-the-loop confirmations so the team could learn the patterns before locking them into rules.
They went from running everything over WhatsApp to a direct guest channel. Bookings grew without adding operational load.
